Faculty of History of Jizzakh State Pedagogical university is located in Sh. Rashidov district in Pastki Soloqli MFY. A total of 73 professors work at the faculty. The total number of students in this faculty is 724.
Lessons are conducted in 2 shifts, in the 1st shift for 1st-3rd year students and in the 2nd shift for 2nd-4th year students. The building has been renovated and the conditions have improved. 4 video projectors in auditoriums 201, 203, 213, 214, smart TVs in classes 201, 204 and 214, 1 electronic board in lecture hall 201, as well as a small TV in classrooms 202, 203, 215, 216, Wi-Fi devices are installed on the 1st-2nd floor. There is 1 computer classroom (room 205) and 1 library. The department has established cooperation with NGU (Russia), which ranks in the top 500 of the world, on the basis of the contract № 11 dated March 1, 2021.
Today, for students, “Iqtidor”, “Yosh Olima”, “Huquqshunos” clubs are organized for students in the field of science, as well as chess-checkers and table tennis clubs in the field of sports under the leadership of teachers attached to the departments. In 2022, Kavulov Jorabek, a third-year student of our faculty, won the Alisher Navoi state scholarship.
