JSPU faculty members complete professional development programme in Malaysia

Twenty-two faculty members of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University participated in international professional development courses held at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 11 to 25 May, returning with enriched knowledge and professional experience in modern pedagogical approaches

The programmes were organised at a high academic and practical level with the participation of international professors and lecturers.

During the professional development programme, participants attended training sessions on key areas of contemporary education. The topics covered included the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), artificial intelligence (AI), the Padlet platform and interactive educational technologies, problem-based learning (PBL), assessment systems in higher education, teacher leadership and professional development, future-ready curricula, and transformative approaches to digital education.

Throughout the international programme, the sessions delivered by experienced Malaysian professors and lecturers provided participants with valuable opportunities to learn advanced pedagogical practices, gain a deeper understanding of modern educational trends, and explore ways of applying them in practice
