A meeting was held between Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and representatives of Sejong University of South Korea to further develop bilateral cooperation.
One of the main topics of the meeting was the establishment of a 2+2 joint educational program in the field of artificial intelligence. The parties discussed important issues such as coordinating the curricula and course programs within the framework of the program, organizing the educational process, tuition fees, and mechanisms for admitting and teaching students.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to launch the joint educational program starting in September 2027.

Furthermore, the meeting also discussed the regular organization at JSPU of the SW Coding Competency Test (TOSC) — an international test designed to assess knowledge and skills in programming and provide corresponding certificates, organized by Sejong University. Through TOSC, participants will have the opportunity to assess their knowledge and practical skills in C and Python programming languages.

These initiatives serve to expand international educational opportunities in the fields of artificial intelligence and programming at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, develop students’ modern digital competencies, and elevate academic cooperation with leading higher education institutions of the Republic of Korea to a new level.
