THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES FOR PRESTIGIOUS STATE SCHOLARSHIPS IS ONGOING.

At Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, the university stage of the selection process for candidates for the President’s scholarship and named state scholarships of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the 2026/2027 academic year is ongoing.
On the second day of the competition, candidates participated in an interview in the subject “History of Uzbekistan”. During the interview, the participants’ knowledge of the history of our homeland, national statehood traditions, historical heritage, reforms implemented during the independence period, as well as their historical thinking and analytical skills, were assessed.


Members of the commission assessed each candidate’s level of knowledge, logical thinking, and ability to provide clear and well-founded answers to questions based on the principles of objectivity, transparency, and fairness.

 

The selection processes for named state scholarships are being consistently carried out in accordance with the established regulations and criteria. Candidates who successfully participate in the university stage will be recommended to take part in the next – republican – stage of the competition.
