Found a stone in the sumalak…

I found a stone in sumalak,

I found a piece of sun.

Hope burned in my chest,

I found a strange confidant»

Yes, who doesn’t love sumalak?

Nowruz is wandering in our country. The Faculty of Pre-School Education of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University was the first to start the sumac parade in the yard of the university. With the arrival of spring, the spring foods that we all miss are prepared, which will bring warmth to our hearts and minds. It is natural that we all look forward to the Sumalak festival. The process of preparing this dish has become a tradition. This year, the team of the Faculty of Pre-School Education hangs a cauldron and burns it with love in order to prepare a traditional meal with a special mood. As you can see in the photos, the dean of the faculty is digging sumalak.

The nimble women of the faculty quickly began to eat delicious pastries around the supra-board. In the process of throwing a stone for the sumac boiling in the pot and lovingly digging it, sincere conversations were held outside of work. In particular, hangoma-u lapar songs were sung, and the yearning for spring seemed to subside a little. The visit of Koklamoy will continue until the morning with fun and laughter. During the day, the “bol” food was covered and left to rest for the juice to enter. If you want to see sumac boiling in a pot with love, bless the Sumalak plant….
