A meeting was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University with students from Forish district, with the participation of the hokim of Forish district.

The event, held in the form of an open dialogue, was attended by the district hokim Sohib Islomov, the Head of the Territorial Department of the Business Ombudsman for Jizzakh Region S. Usmanov, heads of responsible district organizations, university leadership, professors and teachers, and students from Forish.

During the meeting, students raised proposals and questions regarding the implementation of startup projects, access to preferential loans, employment provision, and the allocation of land in the district center.

For the record, currently 741 students from Forish district are studying at the university. In the 2024–2025 academic year, 262 out of 268 graduates were employed. Relevant measures have been identified to ensure the employment of 228 young specialists who are on the verge of graduating this year.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the administration of Forish district and the university. The document was signed by the hokim of Forish district, Islomov Sohib Yaxshibekovich, and the university rector, Yuldashev Maqsudjan Abdullayevich.

According to the memorandum, it is intended to establish mutually beneficial cooperation in matters of education, scientific research, innovative activity, personnel training and retraining, and regional socio-economic development.

Furthermore, directions were identified, including training qualified teaching staff for educational institutions in Forish district, organizing students’ pedagogical practice in the district, conducting professional development courses for teachers, implementing scientific-practical conferences and innovative projects, and supporting talented youth.
