An open dialogue was held at JSPU on improving professional development seminars.

An open dialogue was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University with the participation of department heads, deans, and vice-rectors in charge of relevant areas, prior to organizing the next series of training seminars.

During the open dialogue, which included the participation of Senior Teacher Ravshan Jo‘rayevich Ishmuhamedov from the Branch Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Staff under the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature, discussions were held on how to continue the training seminars, which directions to prioritize, and how to organize sessions within the exact sciences field.

During the dialogue, the suggestions and thoughts of the professors and teachers were heard, and a number of proposals were made regarding delving deeper into new pedagogical methods and focusing more on practical training. The conversation was held in an open and constructive spirit, and it was agreed, based on the suggestions made, to organize the seminar sessions in an improved manner.

For your information: Saturdays have been designated as continuous professional development days for professors and teachers at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. On these days, training seminars are regularly organized with the participation of renowned scholars and experts from across the republic.

In particular, a 3-day training seminar was held in December 2025 with the participation of Ravshan Jo‘rayevich. These training seminars were positively evaluated by the professors and teachers, leading to requests for their continuation. Based on this, Ravshan Jo‘rayevich was again invited to deliver lecture courses at the university.
