A great gift for the new academic year: a modern student dormitory has been inaugurated in the “Bog‘ishamol” campus of JSPU.
The opportunities created for young people in our country, the noble work aimed at their education, work and finding a worthy place in life, are expanding. The 34th anniversary of our independence and the new 2025–2026 academic year have brought joyful news for students. At the same time, 18 new student dormitories have been inaugurated across higher education institutions in our country. In total, these dormitories are designed to accommodate 9,980 students.

In this regard, a ceremonial event was also held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. A modern student dormitory for 600 residents, newly built in the “Bog‘ishamol” area of the university, was officially handed over to students. It is worth noting that the new dormitory is fully equipped with all necessary facilities for students. The rooms are furnished with modern equipment, and each floor has bathrooms and restrooms that meet sanitary standards. All conditions have been created to ensure that students can study effectively and spend their free time meaningfully.

The ceremony was attended by the university’s veterans, professors, and students. They emphasized that these facilities are a practical expression of preparations for the new academic year and expressed their gratitude to the country’s leadership.

It is worth noting that starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, the “Bog‘ishamol” campus of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University will witness another major development. A new academic building designed for 2,500 students will be inaugurated here, where students of the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Exact Sciences will begin their studies.

This step has gone down in history not only as a contribution to the new academic year but also as a worthy gift to the 34th anniversary of our country’s independence.
