Issues of modern pedagogical competencies and quality education were discussed.

Professional development training seminars continue at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

Professional development training seminars aimed at enhancing the professional potential of professors and teachers, implementing modern pedagogical approaches into practice, and improving the quality and effectiveness of education are continuing steadily at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

The next training seminar was organized at the Palace of Culture on the topic “Current Issues in the Pedagogical Activity of the New Uzbekistan Professor-Teacher.” The seminar comprehensively discussed issues such as the quality education model, pedagogical competence, the teacher’s professional skill, innovative teaching technologies, 21st-century skills, and modernizing the education process based on the ideas of the 3-Renaissance.

In this training seminar, Professor Jamila Olimjonovna Tolipova of the “Pedagogy” Department at Tashkent University of Applied Sciences, an academician of the Turon Academy of Sciences, participated as an expert. The expert provided important theoretical and practical recommendations on aspects such as the teacher’s personal example, professional-pedagogical preparation, competency-based approach, modern assessment systems, and practical aspects of directing students towards research.

Seminar participants gained rich experience in increasing the creative and scientific activity of pedagogical staff, applying innovative and integrative approaches, as well as introducing working methods suited to modern demands into the educational process.

These training seminars serve to support the professional development of pedagogical staff, improve the quality of education, and prepare competitive personnel.
